6. When escorts accepts an advanced reservation, escorts are required to arrive to the customer's residence or hotel room on time.
7. The escort agency has to be informed an hour in advance to cancel any reservation made. Otherwise the customer will be charged the booking fee of S$100 for default.
8. Escorts are aware of the escort agency policy and realize that the customer has the right to refuse a date if they are not completely satisfied with the escorts appearance with a cancellation fee of S$50.00 to be paid upfront in the presence of the escort lady present and to be updated with the Escort Agency operator who is on duty.
